Take My Case
Want to skip the consultation and get straight to it? No problem, consultations are not for everyone. Submit your details and weโll confirm scope, complexity, and the right next step โ before you instruct.
Skip the consultation. Start with a structured intake.
Take My Case is for clients who are ready to proceed and want us to begin with a clear, evidence-led intake instead of a short call.
What this is
- โA structured case intake to collect key facts, deadlines and goals.
- โA scope and complexity check before we accept instructions.
- โClear next steps: standard handling, supervised handling, or referral.
- โFees confirmed in writing before any work begins.
What this is not
- รA guarantee of acceptance or outcome.
- รA full legal strategy session on the spot.
- รA review of a submitted application unless agreed as a paid assessment.
- รWork outside our authorisation without appropriate supervision.
Why this route exists: some clients prefer written clarity and a structured start. This route keeps things efficient while staying within clear regulatory boundaries.
How it works
This route is designed to get you to the right next step quickly, with a clear scope check before you instruct. It is ideal for those who are in a rush, don’t really like consultations or just want to proceed through emails due to their schedule.
Important: Immigration decisions are made by the Home Office. We do not offer guarantees โ we provide a professional, compliant process.
What we need from you
A clear scope check depends on accurate facts. Be ready to share the essentials so we can advise on the correct next step.
- 1Your current immigration status (and expiry date if you are in the UK).
- 2Your goal (extend, switch, bring family, settle, sponsor, etc.).
- 3Any refusals, overstays, cancellations, or complex history (if applicable).
- 4Key documents (passport/BRP/eVisa details, and anything relevant to your route).
- 5Deadlines (travel plans, expiring leave, employer dates, or urgent time limits).
Tip: If you are unsure about something, tell us. Itโs better to flag uncertainty early than to guess.
Take My Case for UK Immigration Applications
Take My Case is designed for clients who are ready to proceed without booking a consultation. This route allows you to start with a structured written intake instead of a call. It is ideal if you prefer clear communication by email or want to move forward efficiently.
When you submit the Take My Case form, we collect key information about your UK immigration status, goals, and deadlines. We then carry out a scope and complexity check. This confirms whether your matter can be handled within our authorisation, requires supervised handling, or should be referred. No work starts until suitability is confirmed in writing.
If we can proceed, we will confirm the service route and fees in writing before you instruct us. This ensures transparency and avoids uncertainty. If your matter is not suitable at this stage, we will clearly explain the correct next step.
Take My Case is not a guarantee of acceptance or outcome. Immigration decisions are made by the Home Office. It is also not a full legal strategy session or a document review unless agreed as a paid assessment. This route exists to provide a compliant, evidence-led start with clear boundaries.
Important: Work begins only after scope is confirmed and you have formally instructed us. UK immigration rules and policy can change. Outcomes depend on your facts and evidence. If higher-level judgement or representation is required, we will explain supervised handling or referral options clearly.
