AHJ Immigration provides regulated immigration advice and application support to individuals, families and employers across the Midlands. We work with clients remotely, so you can contact us whether you are in Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham or a nearby town.
The first step is straightforward: tell us what you need help with. We’ll review your enquiry and explain what support may be suitable. You do not need to book a free consultation. We no longer offer free consultations.
A regional service, not a local office in every city
We receive enquiries from across both parts of the Midlands.
East Midlands: Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and Burton upon Trent.
West Midlands: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley and Solihull.
Our office is at 113 Upper Dale Road, Derby. We do not have an office in every area listed. Support for clients elsewhere in the Midlands is arranged remotely. If you need an in-person appointment, mention it in your enquiry and we’ll confirm what can be arranged.
Immigration matters we can consider

Do you offer free immigration consultations?
No. We no longer offer free consultations. Start with an enquiry and tell us what help you need. We’ll review it and explain the appropriate next step.
Can you help if I live outside Derby?
Yes. We support clients across the East and West Midlands remotely. Our office is in Derby; please contact us before travelling if you would prefer an in-person appointment.
Can you advise on any type of UK immigration matter?
You can enquire about different visa, settlement, citizenship and sponsorship matters. Whether we can assist depends on the circumstances, complexity and our authorised scope.
Can you help someone applying from outside the UK?
You can contact us from overseas about a UK immigration application. We’ll review the details and explain whether the matter is within our scope.
Do you deal with appeals or complex refusal challenges?
Some matters need a different level of advice or representation. If your enquiry involves a complex refusal, appeal or other work outside our scope, we’ll explain this and, where appropriate, discuss a referral.
