AHJ Immigration provides regulated immigration advice and application support to individuals, families and businesses across the East Midlands. We support clients in Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Lincoln, Loughborough and Northampton, as well as people in nearby Burton upon Trent.
Our service is arranged remotely for clients across the region. Our office is at 113 Upper Dale Road, Derby. If you would prefer an in-person appointment, mention this in your enquiry and we’ll confirm whether one can be arranged.

The support available depends on the details and complexity of the matter. Some refusal challenges and other complex cases need a different level of advice or representation. If we cannot assist within our scope, we’ll explain that.

The East Midlands has universities and colleges in several different cities, including Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Lincoln and Loughborough. If you are studying at the University of Leicester, De Montfort University, the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University, the University of Derby, the University of Lincoln or Loughborough University, you can contact us about a Student or Child Student Visa matter.

Can you help with an immigration matter for my business?
Employers can enquire about sponsor licence and sponsored-worker matters. Tell us whether your business already holds a licence and what you need help with.
Are you immigration solicitors in the East Midlands?
No. AHJ Immigration provides immigration advice and application support through an IAA-regulated adviser. If a matter requires a different level of advice or representation, we’ll explain this and, where appropriate, discuss a referral.
