Immigration advice from our Derby office
AHJ Immigration is based at 113 Upper Dale Road, Derby. From here, we support individuals, families and employers with UK immigration matters within our authorised scope.
Our office is close to Ikhlas Community Centre. Appointments take place at the AHJ office, not at the community centre. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm arrangements.
If you are unsure what service you need, start by telling us what is happening. We’ll review your enquiry and explain what support may be suitable.
At the office, the first step is a conversation about your matter
People contact us at different points. You may be planning an application, trying to understand a Home Office decision, or looking for help with a sponsored worker. You may already know what service you want and be ready to instruct us.
Tell us the outcome you are working towards and any important dates. If you know the service you need, say so in your enquiry. We’ll consider whether we can take on the work and explain the scope and fee before you decide.
We no longer offer free consultations. You can still make initial contact through the enquiry form without booking an appointment first.
Immigration matters we handle
We can consider enquiries about:
- Spouse, partner and family applications
- Visitor Visa applications
- Student and Child Student applications
- Skilled Worker and other eligible work routes
- Settlement and British citizenship
- Sponsor licences and sponsored-worker matters for employers
The right support depends on your circumstances and the complexity of the matter. Some refusal challenges and other complex cases require a different level of advice or representation. If your matter is outside our authorised scope, we’ll explain that.
