If we can assist, we confirm the service, its limits and the professional fee in writing before you decide whether to instruct us.
4. We begin the agreed work.
Once instructed, we explain what information and documents are needed and complete the work included in your service. You remain responsible for providing accurate information and telling us about relevant changes.
Fees and other costs
The professional fee depends on the service and work involved. Some services have published fixed fees. We confirm the fee and scope before you instruct us.
Home Office application charges, the Immigration Health Surcharge where applicable, priority services and third-party costs are separate from our professional fee.
Our regulatory scope
We accept matters that fall within our authorisation and the level of advice required. Some cases involving human rights arguments, complex immigration history, refusals or challenges to Home Office decisions may need a different service.
If your matter is outside our direct scope, we will explain this and, where appropriate, discuss suitable next steps. We confirm whether we can act before substantive work begins.

Can you help if my application has been refused?
We do not undertake refusal challenges, appeals, administrative reviews or litigation as direct services. We can check the scope of your enquiry and, where appropriate, discuss referral options.
