Important Information
This slot is not designed for reviewing applications that have already been submitted, applications you have completed yourself, or work carried out by another immigration solicitor, consultant, or adviser.
As the session is brief, we cannot offer in-depth, personalised advice. We are only able to cover the general requirements of applications under the Immigration Rules. If we’re not the right firm for your situation, we’ll tell you honestly.

Purpose of the Free Consultation
Our free consultation is a short, focused triage. Its purpose is to understand your situation at a high level and to confirm whether your matter falls within our scope and level of authorisation.
What the free consultation is for
- Understanding your immigration situation at a high level
- Identifying which immigration route may be relevant
- Confirming whether your matter falls within our Level 1 scope
- Explaining general requirements and likely next steps
- Deciding whether we are able to take your case on
What the free consultation is not
- Detailed legal advice or a full case strategy
- A substitute for a paid consultation or full instruction
- A document-by-document review or unlimited Q&A session
- Ongoing guidance for self-applicants
- A review of work carried out by another adviser or solicitor
Important disclaimer
Any guidance provided during the free consultation is based only on the information you share during that call. We do not review documents, emails, or prior correspondence unless specifically discussed during the consultation.
This conversation does not constitute a full review of your immigration history and should not be relied upon as formal legal advice.
Existing representation & self-applicants
We are unable to provide advice where:
- You are acting as a self-applicant seeking guidance only
- You are currently instructed with another adviser or solicitor
- You are seeking a second opinion on an ongoing case elsewhere
If you wish to instruct AHJ Immigration, this must be confirmed clearly before we can provide advice beyond initial triage.
If we agree to take on your case after the consultation, all advice will be provided formally in writing and in line with our client care documentation.

5. Can I get advice on any type of UK visa?
Yes. We can provide initial guidance on spouse, visitor, student, work, and settlement routes. During the 15-minute consultation, advice is kept high-level and focused on requirements rather than detailed case strategy.
